一、个人简介

舒易来为教授、主任医师,哈佛大学医学院博士后,国家杰出青年科学基金项目、优秀青年科学基金项目获得者,现为复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院耳鼻喉科研究院副院长、医工交叉创新研究院副院长、遗传性耳聋诊治中心主任。以临床需求为导向,聚焦耳聋机制、防治及临床研究,并取得多项创新性成果,包括:1)发现GJB2SLC26A4等耳聋基因致病新机制。2)研发基因编辑、基因替代等遗传性耳聋新疗法;开发药物性、噪声性耳聋防治及毛细胞、鼓膜再生的新策略。3成功开展全球首个遗传性耳聋临床试验,成功纠正多例患儿听力,该成果发表于顶级期刊柳叶刀,是听觉领域的重大突破。成立基因和细胞治疗中心、遗传性耳聋诊治中心,与生殖中心共建出生缺陷联盟;牵头制定遗传性耳聋基因治疗专家共识,参与制定中国听神经病临床实践指南。近5年以通讯作者发表50余篇文章,包括TheLancetTheBMJSciTransl MedNeuronCellRes等国际知名杂志。主持国自然杰青、优青、面上,科技部重点研发课题,上海市科委、教委重大等课题。并获中国医院协会医院科技创新奖、华夏青年医学科技奖、“春昇杯”医学创新人才大赛成长组一等奖、上海医学科技奖二等奖、上海市卫生系统第十七届“银蛇奖”、上海市青年五四奖章、上海市卫健委医苑新星杰出青年等。
