一、个人简介

李诗语,博士,湘湖实验室副研究员。2017年以来,先后工作于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学及食品专业位列世界前五的普渡大学食品科学系,主要从事天然活性物质与慢性代谢性疾病及肠道健康方面的研究,包括:植物活性物质及功能方面的研究;益生菌的改造及肠道免疫方面的研究;以及植物活性物质与肠道菌之间相互作用的研究。近五年,作为主要完成人参与3项美国农业部项目,合作参与2项美国国立卫生院项目及多项企业项目;做为子课题负责人参与省市级项目及企业项目4项,共发表SCI论文22篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Top期刊Food& FunctionBiomedicine& Pharmacotherapy等食品、营养及药学领域高水平期刊上JCR一区SCI论文8篇。
