一、个人简介 邱景璇，女，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要从事病原微生物相关生物信息分析研究，重点开展了病原微生物免疫原性计算分析与疫苗设计研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项，博士后科学基金1项，参与国家级项目4项。入选上海理工大学“思学计划”。在Nature Communications、Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal、Frontiers in Genetics、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、IEEE-ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics、Scientific Data 等杂志发表SCI论文二十余篇。 | ||
