一、个人简介

从事妇产科医教研工作30年，临床技能扎实，作为上海市四级腔镜医师，擅长妇科恶性肿瘤的综合诊治、子宫肌瘤/子宫肌腺症保留子宫的微创手术，在全国及上海各学会协会任职12项。2024年获上海市医学科技三等奖，2025年获上海市科技奖（科学技术普及）二等奖。

作为妇产科学科带头人，2019年带领团队成为上海市医学重点专科、长宁区医学重点专科，2024年成为上海市卫生健康系统重点学科、市区级医院科研竞争力妇产科学第一名。连续6年在同仁医院综合目标考核中成为A类科室。近5年带领团队主持临床研究12项，承接药物临床试验（GCP）13项，承担科研课题18项，其中国家级项目8项，以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文23篇，最高影响因子14分。

担任同仁医院妇产科教研室主任，东华大学博士研究生导师，培养研究生11人。主持上海交通大学医学院一流本科课程（2023-2024年）、上海交通大学数智课程（2024-2025年）、上海交通大学医学院本科荣誉课程（2024-2025年）。2021年获上海交通大学医学院课程思政设计竞赛一等奖。目前担任全国卫生专业技术资格（中级）妇产科命题组组长。国家级继教班《女性慢性盆腔痛诊治新进展》负责人。
